H.Q. Working Party - Thank You
The Working Party took place over the weekend of 24th/25th July. Volunteers helped re-paint white lines, varnished the floor, cleaned windows, cut back the hedges and raked the gravel in the car park. Thank you to Edward Humphrey-Evans, Reg Smith, Mark Sanders, Jeremy Crawley, Jessamy Wilson, Tracey Brown, Nigel Gascoyne, Jean King, Chris and Christina Jordan. Another working party will be scheduled for September and October. Please watch out for dates.
Summer BBQ, Saturday 18th September
1st Emmbrook Scout Groups' Summer BBQ will be held at Hedley Hall from 4pm on Saturday, 18th September. Tickets will be on sale at all Section Meetings. Family Tickets £15.00 or Adults £6.00 each and Children £3.00 each. A fun evening with competitions, bouncy castle and tombola. For more information download the attached poster.
Cubs win Fair Play Shield at Wokingham District Football Competition
1st Emmbrook Cubs won the Fair Play Shield at the annual Football Competition. Congratulations to all the players. These Tigers played with more force and determination than some other Lions! Well done to: Jake, Gregory, Dillan, Joe, Enow, Ryan, Jordan, Finlay, and Jack. Please see photo's on the Photo Gallery.
Autumn Term Fundraising
